Lovely old building - maybe a bit of tlc needed but location, building and staff overcome this would highly recommend and convenient for all we needed to do for our two night stay.

The hotel was exceptional. Staff was great. The menu and food were great. The grounds are beautiful. There's a pub in the hotel and it was great. All round beautiful experience. This is an exceptional gem .

"No real attention to hospitality"

The hotel is in a lovely place and looks beautiful

The staff weren’t welcoming, waiting staff untrained. All seemed a bit like it was too much bother. Food was disappointing. Sheets didn’t even cover mattress properly. Cancelled breakfast because dinner was poor.
