VNBy the way resort's staff treat me, i think this is worst experience i have been in any resort i used to stay.
They have no responsibility for client's expectation. They said that they have many messages on WhatsApp, so you are not your centric if you are going stay here. It has many little issues i can mention, i don't want to write here. However, they treat us very bad for after service, i need to write for all other people notice: - Humid room with nasty smell in the room - No daily service for changing towels (no face towels if you don't require) - Many tiny insects at night - Private pool's very dirty without clean. - If you require for invoice by file, they didn't provide to you because they have many messages need to reply, then you need to wait at least for 2 days (after you push without any reply), yours is not their business. I expected that i have best memorable time in Bali by Tjendana Kanaka Resort, however their after service and the way staff answer clients made me so disappointed.

IDI had a wonderful stay at Tjendana Kanaka Jungle Ubud. The facilities are modern and comfortable, with a beautiful swimming pool and stunning jungle views. The location is very quiet yet close to tourist attractions in Ubud. Everything is very clean, and the value for money offered is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for the perfect blend of relaxation and nature!
