Outdated rooms, musty smelling, water leaking from the ceiling into the downstairs bedroom, breakfast not fresh- stale breads, frozen veggies, very basic and not enjoyable.

The unit smells very damp and like mold. The kitchen and bathroom are dirty and unclean. The unit as a whole stinks. The sinks and tub are clogged. Conditioner and kitchen handsoaps were not provided. Microwave would have been great.

TRI check in my room they showed where ı stayed and the room was very dirty. There many dead bees and insects in the bathroom because its not completely closed outside that can come into anything. I was shocked while ı was going to bed ther were many rat poop which ı attached them as photos. There is sometimes sounds on the roof ı think it is alive . If you are afraid of insects and animals ypu shouldt prefer this place. I said staff and transfered us a small room a night. But its not same room that ı booked it. It is low price room . They said solve this problem they didnt as well . The brekafast is very bad and there is no table in the room on it so ı had my breakfast on my luggage. And next day it was a scorpion in the room. Nobody change your towel or clean your room. You have to all time say these things to staff. The location is very far away. You can arrive in ubud about 30-40 mins by motorbike. İt was a big mistake for me to book here.
