Crescent Court modern and luxurious Apartments York

We liked the area as it was closed to the premier in and also very close to Sainsbury’s and centre.

It wasn’t clean enough. The bean was really close to the bin. Also, due to the way it was built we couldn’t open the window wide enough

The beds were comfy The showers were good. The apartment was clean.

The location was quite a way from the centre. The area was quite run down. The shower handles were wobbly and difficult to manage. The apartment was smaller than I thought it would be. There was no free television unless you logged into your own apps (didn’t know how to do this. ) No salt and pepper. No washing up liquid (It was supplied on the second day)

Excellent location and luxurious decor. Very clean and ideal for our needs. Booked last minute for excellent price.

Location was perfect, just a short walking distance to city centre and round the corner from the train station. Easy check in and out with information proovided regarding gate codes and key location.

Lack of toilet rolls and fridge could have been wiped and cleaned (crumbs and bits of food from previous customers staying in the property).

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was conveniently close to a small Sainsbury's.

Its location was not in a great area. Whilst being very acceptable, we would not describe it as a luxury apartment. I could not work out the floor plan beforehand. I thought that one bathroom was upstairs, but both were downstairs, next to the main bedroom with a double bed. My son and daughter in their thirties had to share the small upstairs bedroom with two single beds,, as the stairs were too steep for me (aged 64, had broken my ankle last year) to descend them during the night (my daughter and I had been planning to share the small bedroom). The bath taps appeared to be broken and we could not get them to work at all. (For those unfamiliar with English shower taps, the left hand side was for water volume only. One had to hold the knob down whilst turning the right hand side towards one to obtaiin hotter water.) We would have liked a small draining rack to drain our washing-up - too little for the dishwasher.
