I enjoyed the location and access to beach

They did not offer mini conditioner , only shampoo. Coffee filter was not enough to accommodate 4 cups of coffee, I’d recommend a public, coffee machine with cream and sugar for everyone downstairs. There were no sponges to clean the dishes.

Loved Beach Cove vacation! Perfect view, lovely condo with all amenities we needed & great location. Excellent for the grandchildren & adults. Steps to the beach then an assortment of pools to choose from. The kids loved the lazy river. Staff very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Overall, we had a great stay at Beach Cove Resort. The rooms, atmosphere, and location made for a wonderful vacation experience. The only downside was the elevator situation. The elevators are small, slow, and during busy check-in/check-out times the wait can be extremely long. With so many people moving in and out at the same time, it often felt crowded, and the heat both outside and inside the elevator areas made the wait even more uncomfortable. That said, one person truly helped make our stay memorable—Ennis at the bar. His friendly personality and excellent customer service stood out from the moment we met him. I simply told him what fruits I liked, and he created an absolutely bombshell drink that was one of the best cocktails I’ve had. Ennis has a great attitude, makes guests feel welcome, and clearly knows his craft. He turned a frustrating day into a much better one. Despite the elevator challenges, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. Hopefully the resort can find a way to improve the elevator experience because everything else was very enjoyable.
