We had an amazing experience at Beach Cove Resort, and a huge part of that was thanks to Davia at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made our stay even more special. Davia handled everything with such warmth and positivity, always with a smile and willingness to help. Employees like her are rare, and she absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. We truly believe she deserves a bonus or a raise for the exceptional hospitality she has shown. Roy finally fixed our TV and gave us information that should have been given at checking. Paper towels and kleenex should be in the rooms. Bathroom in 1209 needs a paint job and rusty hinges on storage door needs fixing. Also needs a good cleaning

My husband can not say enough about our stay, from the moment we walked in, the cute girl at night at the front desk, was fabulous and amazing…. Thank you!!!!! A special shout out to guy. Ennis out bar tender at the tipsy turtle…. Talk about an amazing outgoing fun, the best of the best bar tender, please make sure you go see him! We miss him already. Tell him Bob says hello! And to our outside tiki bartender Genay… I’m sorry I’m probably spelling your name wrong wrong, you were awesome! You guys rock!!! Can’t wait to see you guys again

No manangement after hours, had some problems with my reservation

We were at North Myrtle Beach Resort from May 2nd thru May 8th. We had an exceptional experience with Jenore during our morning Breakfast. He has a very caring personality.
