Beach Cove Resort

jenore in the breakfast place (tradewinds cafe?) provided amazing service with a smile. the food was mid but the service made up for it. the other restaurant in the town center (grab and go grill?) was absolutely awful. the service was fine but the food was terrible, took forever to come out, and was barely warm when it did come out. granted, we were a party of 7 people, it still took forever and the place was empty besides us. maybe it’s because we checked in early in the middle of the day? possibly understaffed because it’s the slow time of day? but it’s really sad because this was our first impression of beachcove resort, and as a company, it should be in their best interest to have the first impression be amazing, and it was everything but amazing. we couldn’t even bring ourselves to go back and use the $50 vouchers we were given specifically for that restaurant. literally wouldn’t even eat there if it were free.

Ennis at the bar was amazing! He checked up on us a couple times to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything! Definitely recommend him to anyone. Great server!

We had a great stay at Beach Cove Resort. Davia at the front desk was always cheerful and helpful. It's nice to see a smiling face every time you walk in.

Everything was good the staff very friendly housekeeping was nice and on time the pools was clean and the rooms was very comfortable and the front desk was very kind and respectful.

Staff were Amazing from Check in, though Service desk for extra towels. LaDeshsia and Dejanaie were the Most Hospitable throughout entire Stay

No pool towels, and Bathroom tub was incredibly small. Needs Exterior updating to lazy river

It was great, the service was good and the drinks were cold and fresh. Ennis is a great bartender and very funny

So so nice! Loved the room with kitchen. We had an ocean view and that was awesome. The hot tub was spectacular 👌

Our stay at Beach Cove Resort was awesome! The resort was nice but what made the trip truly outstanding was the friendliness of the staff. Our server at breakfast, Jenore, was especially helpful. He took really good care of us and got our day off to a great start! The hot breakfast was delicious with a good variety from which to choose. I would definitely stay here again and again!
