Beach Cove Resort

Location was really good. Overall room was really good. Bathroom was nice and clean. Pool area outside was really nice. Parking was really good. Some staff was helpful. Easy access to the beach. It was great to have a late checkout.

Several plugs didn't work. I wanted to smoke a cigar and the area to smoke was on the side of the building with not lighting and no where to sit down. Some of the staff was not helpful. Having the saunas in the back of the bathrooms where kids open and close the door to prevent the room from heating up.

The view alone is extraordinary; and throw in excellent service, with food that is delicious and rightly prices - win, win , win! Love this place Jenore is top notch at what he does

Place is great ! We had a couple issues and the hotelStaff was on it. Jason from maintenance was her in 10 minutes , on a Sunday night and fixed the TV. And Marlana went to Walmart to replace a toaster oven !!! So appreciative! Front desk also very helpful!! ❤️

Had an issue with our in room Safe contacted maintenance. Roy came up. I have it fixed less than five minutes.

Great stay at Beach Cove Resort! All new flooring, furniture and more upgrades. From check-in, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The front desk and maintenance team are helpful and quick to respond. Everyone is great! Thank you. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are wonderful, and the oceanfront views are amazing. The beach is just steps away, which makes it even better. Special thanks to Roy for going above and beyond.

We had a very minor issue with our shower, we called the front desk and within minutes Roy came, he replaced a filter and fixed the issue. Nice guy, respectful, polite, and he knew exactly how to fix the issue.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Jason of the night shift maintenance for all his help. Nice to know there is someone to call after hours . Also for helping us with understanding the TV settings. Very willing to help. He goes above and beyond what is needed.

We had breakfast at the restaurant there & Jenore was so very pleasant & helpful. It was so cold & off season but he did his best to have a heater & provided conversation & hot coffee & tea. And breakfast was prepared perfect. 👌 Hash browns were so tasty.
