Dew Ashi Homestay

Staff and hosts were truly welcoming and friendly. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Swimminpool was a great extra as it is tiring hot this time of the year, and sunbeds- we only took a tiny moment on them just to dry ourselves a bit after cooling moment in the pool. Quiet area, but not far from the main road. We had bikes so we did not use transport they have to offer, or safari. Would stay again.

The place was truly amazing & the staff extremely sweet and pending ! It was outside the city and in the middle of the fields so you could really feel relaxed and with peace and quiet. The pool was also a huge plus with the heat - and the food there was great! We loved it!

Amazing homestay. The best place weve stayed in Sri Lanka- such a lovely family, amazing food and beautiful home. We ended up eating here all three nights for dinner- food was home cooked and the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. The family were so welcoming and lovely natured- especially with our daughter (2.5years old). They arranged a safari for us too which was brilliant. We are finding it hard to match our stay- maybe we should’ve stayed longer!

Everything ,we had a lovely pool view room with terrace , we liked it that much we stayed 4 night instead of the 3 we had planned . Breakfast was excellent and filling , we also ate most our other meals at the homestay because the food was really good and great value for money . The host went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They arranged everything for us , massage at a great spa , early morning Tuk Tuk pick up to sunrise hike on Lions Rock and Pidurangala , elephant safari in there own jeep . We did a cooking class that we can highly recommend. The pool is clean and a good size , great outdoor space for relaxing.

Had a wonderful stay, surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife. They can bring you to Sigiriya with their own tuktuk. Nice and relaxing pool. Good breakfast.

Very nice homestay with lovely owners Room is quite simple The organized safari was great and we saw lots of elephants Pool was great and clean Food was freshly cooked to order and everything tasted great

Beds quite hard and room would need a little more furniture to put your stuff

Very nice, road a little rough so vehicle with higher suspension needed for safer travel, very good food and nice people 😌
