Beautiful lovely family who own the room. So sweet and welcoming, reply almost immediately to messages on booking.com, kindly arranged their cousin to take us to bluefield tea factory and wait for us and bring us back. Great location. Room is nice looking, design wise with modern bathroom

Unfortunately the property smells damp and needs a good clean. The shower was full of long black thick hair and the toilet was wet. You can see the damp seeping through the ceiling in places. The lamp next to the bed was thick with dirt and the main light covered in cobwebs. Of course the damp is due to the weather which they cannot help. It was really cold at night and with no heater we had to sleep with our only long clothes on that we had been wearing all day. I feel so bad saying this because the family was so lovely.

Nice, clean, and spacious apartment located close to the bus station and lots of places to eat. Friendly staff, and they have just opened a café upstairs, which is really nice!

We had a great 3 days at Urban Hideout.❤️ It was very clean and tidy and was done up for us. It is a beautiful little house. The neat living room as you enter, then the small kitchen area, the bedroom and the bathroom are also very impressive. The balcony overlooking the golf course will surely give you a charming evening🤩. It is a beautiful place for a couple to spend a free holiday. Don't worry about the entrance. Once you enter, you will definitely want to spend your holiday here. You may have a little difficulty parking your vehicle. However, it will be a beautiful few days.🥰
