The hotel is set within beautiful gardens. Our rooms in the courtyard were excellent. Lovely to have the indoor and outdoor swimming pools to use - both of which were heated. Staff exceptionally friendly and service good.

Food in the restaurant was lovely but could have been served warmer. For the high restaurant prices would have expected more.

The hotel and the grounds were very good.

Breakfast, not brilliant, food in general was not great. There was no mini bar/ fridge in the room which was odd. Staff not overly friendly little bit surly at times. Value for money i dont believe was there, the inclusion of dinner and breakfast in the rate is very missleading as the kids were not included, and there was a cap of 50 pounds on the dinner, which wasnt great.
