Raina Boulevard Exclusive Design Apartments by the Park

Hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen.

Sijainti oli loistava! Julkiset kulkivat aivan vierestä, lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaankaupunkiin. Kahviloita ja ruokapaikkoja oli lähellä sekä kauppakeskus. Viestiminen oli sujuvaa, pidimme erityisesti itsekirjautumisesta. Ohjeet kirjautumiseen saimme edellisenä iltana. Huoneisto oli siisti. Pyykkikone oli plussaa koska majoituimme melkein viikon. Rauhallinen sijainti.

Majoituimme huoneistossa nro 11 joka sijaitsi eka kerroksessa. Ainoa mitä näkyi huoneiston ikkunasta oli naapuritalon seinä ja betonimuuri. Kahvinkeitintä kaipasimme jotta olisimme saaneet aamukahvit. Muuten ei moitittavaa.

The apartment was very cozy, clean, and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing, convenient, well-connected, and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Lokalizacja-ok 5 minut do centrum handlowego, starego miasta. Parku. W zasięgu "kilku kroków "wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Bary ,restauracje, sklepy. Czystość- top level. Cisza i bezpieczeństwo.

Brakowało mi ekspresu do kawy.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Riga. It’s located in a beautiful historic building just outside of Old Town and near the canal, which made for lovely walks and easy access to the city’s main sights. Inside, the apartment is modern, very clean, and well-equipped for a short stay. The kitchen had plenty of plates and utensils, and the water pressure and temperature in the bathrooms were perfect. Storage space was also excellent — plenty of room for everything we needed during our week-long visit. The bed was fairly comfortable, and overall the apartment had a clean and tidy feel.

there were a few issues that affected our experience. The apartment is located just off a busy road, and while not directly on it, we could still hear traffic — especially late at night when cars sped by like a race track. Also, check-in was more stressful than expected; we didn’t receive the promised check-in instructions in advance and had to call Booking.com Local Support to get the codes, which was difficult to hear with the street noise. While the kitchen was generally functional, the knives were bent and dull, and there was no toaster — something that would’ve been a useful addition. The kitchen chairs were unstable with loose screws, and one was broken (missing a leg) and propped in the corner when we arrived. In the bedroom, it was a bit odd to find two single duvets on a double bed. A foam mattress topper would improve comfort, especially for longer stays. Lastly, the master bathroom could really use a towel rack and some hooks — there was nowhere to hang robes or dry towels, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s a stylish and well-located apartment with potential, but a few improvements — particularly with communication and small furnishings — would go a long way toward making the stay smoother.

It was clean and very modern. It’s in a good area with a lot to see and do on a walking distance.

The wifi was unfortunatly not working so we couldnt watch tv and couldnt acces the internet. Also the QR code for the roomservice / ordering was not working.
