Location is fantastic. About 2 mins walk from the train station

Everything else. This property was a total slum! 1. The property has no number. I had to guess which building exactly it was 2. The place was an absolute dump! Once you step into the property, it was a total mess. From the stairs... To the rooms. I was first booked for a different flat in this property, but it wasn't cleaned. Toothpaste stains in the hand wash, stains on the mirror, floor wasn't slept, toilet wasn't washed even the bed wasn't made!!! I complained and was moved to a different apartment within the same property. It was even worse than the first! Pee on the toilet seat, sticky tables, dirty floor... It was such a horrible experience! I've never seen anything like it before.

Amazing value for money ,minutes away from where we needed to get too. Felt at home

Couple light bulbs missing buts that's me just being picky . Wasn't a problem though as I think there was 3 per fitting .I think my friend sais there was a grey unknown box covering the program on tv also .but non of this mattered to us

The location was fab

The corridors leading up to the room wasn't very clean, the heater wasn't attached to the wall, the tv didn't have a remote so couldn't turn off the big grey box that was on the screen tried to contact someone with no joy of a response was just told someone would contact maintenance then heard nothing after that

The comfort and convenience

Access. The Key safe was faulty so I had to call for help when I arrived. I am an old lady and couldn't use the TV

The cleaner had not been since the previous occupant. The bed had been slept in, toilet and bins were dirty. No clean bedclothes or towels. No hand soap or toilet paper. Have contacted the owner multiple times on his phone which he answered to give is the right lock box number initially (as what we were given was wrong) - so it is his number, we sent these photos straightaway at check in, they delivered and we messaged the property through booking.com messages and no reply for weeks now. Also have sent multiple messages to booking.com customer service for weeks and nobody has ever replied.

Really good location. It should say 1 bed though as the pull out sofa was unacceptable. Big rip in middle and was old and dirty. Luckily I was fine to share bed with my friend but if you are looking for a 2 bed property this should not be listed as one. 7/10. If proper sofa bed installed would be 9-10/10.
