close to the beach, great atmosphere and surroundings

Loved outside bathroom/shower, excellent power & WiFi, staff very helpful, different breakfast every day & best was outside table area where we made great new friends. Excellent value (without noise) for this part of Tulum.

Our cabana was close to main road, opposite construction site where noisy building work took place between 7.30am & 6.30pm & right next to a huge generator on street which rumbled loudly all day & most of the night. Apparently generator noise is common along this strip but we had to wear earplugs. Rooms further back would not be so affected.

The property is nice.

We didn’t get the room we pay for. We booked a room with private bathroom and got a room with no bathroom we had to shere them with others.

Great place to stay.. allowed us to check in early. Helpful and friendly staff and a great location. Arranged a scooter for us to hire and had the use of bicycles Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying.

Nikole is professional, helpful amd she knows what is the most important - the attitude, how to find herself with guests. Very friendly. Location really close to the beach, and this is much better beach than public ones in Tulum, Zona Arceologica. Climate in the common area, breakfast, easy going and quiet place, despite there is a party area almost all around in Zona Hotelara
