USThe staff and the accommodations were wonderful! We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on our lovely terrace every morning and we looked forward to going back to what felt like an oasis every evening.
Complimentary coffee in the room was extremely weak. Some of the towels were worn out and had holes in them. No robes were provided. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The apartment itself is great, but the experience is undermined by poor service. Roberto, the host/receptionist, lacks the basic soft skills expected in a high-end property, which creates a disconnect between the place and the service provided. Thankfully, Aracely (security) was kind and helpful, and the cleaning team performed very well.
