USThe bellhop guy was nice but both Managers were NASTY
We were scammed & humiliated beyond belief. The rude manager accused us wrongly of leaving on a shower & causing water damage to a unit below. Never happened. Then they demanded we write up an “ incident” report with “our side of the story”. Then they physically threatened myself & my family from leaving & my wife & kids were hysterical & traumatized. I have travelled all over world and never encountered such a horrible experience. We were supposed to check out Sunday morning but due to the abuse from the staff we left Saturday while they threatened us to fill out their forms. We did absolutely nothing wrong & left the place immaculate. We are so nervous they will fraudulently try to charge our card. Addendum: They did charge our card when we left for NO REASON. We did not use any of their drinks or food. We were warned about these fraudulent charges (see their GOOGLE REVIEWS) and sure enough they charged us for 6000 Mexican Pesos which we are disputing with our Credit Card Company.

ESThis boutique hotel was amazing! Great area to stay around for shopping and good restaurants. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The spaces felt very well designed, and you could tell there was a lot of intention behind things. There were a bunch of tiny details that showed they really tried to take care of it all.
The pillows were a bit hard and elevated, but they weren’t unbearable.
