Fantastic location with great comfortable bar/hotel facilities downstairs. Complementary small items in the mini bar - Great breakfast and staff

The mini bar was not working and although highlighted to staff was not fixed or replaced (however we only stayed for 2 nights) The lift was also not working which was irritating Rooms were a little bland considering the excellent design element downstairs

The bar was cool, really open and spacious with a great vibe. Staff were really friendly and professional Car park available with ample spaces

The view from the window was a little sad but thats ok The lift was out of order

Room was nice and spacious

Staff in morning on checkout wearing earphones watching video didn't even look up to me to check out

Room was nice with a nice view over the square. Welcome was great and an issue with the room was quickly resolved

confusion on if breakfast was included - I paid to have breakfast included when booking via Booking.com but was informed when checking in the this only covered a 'continental style' breakfast and that I would need to pay and additional amount if I wanted a cooked breakfast. Continental system breakfast was very limited and not worth the addition fee charged on Booking.com
