Lovely boutique hotel great location friendly staff, great food

Would have preferred queen size beds

Location, aesthetic, bar, pianist, complimentary drink in room & facilities.

Lacked personal/positive touch from staff. We stayed in a more budget hotel on Friday night and they were more welcoming/friendly.

Lift not working

Gorgeous property, located in a beautiful square with some fabulous old buildings. Nearby coffee shops are great and really convenient for the shops, bars and Utilita arena. Lovely staff. Really impressed with the restaurant, food and service great. Nice atmosphere. Room a good size, nicely decorated and amazing to have a fridge and a sofa in the room.

Our room was next to an incredibly noisy fan/ventilation unit. Soooo loud went on until late at night and started up again really early. The bed was really uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Really lovely shower room but shower needed black mould cleaning from hose and corner grout. A bit of attention to detail and it could be perfect, such a shame as we really liked the hotel otherwise!

I have stayed here several times for work and it’s always a reliable choice. Rooms are comfortable. Decent bar area. Easy walking distance to several good restaurants. Also parking on site and around the square.

Lift was temporarily broken when I was there but nothing major.

The left was not working and food in the restorant took some time to arrive.
