Chelmsford Cottage Free Parking Fab Garden

Nico was so lovely and made me feel like I was at home, drink as much tea or coffee you like and biscuits etc, cook what you fancy for breakfast, a fantastic view from the garden patio, had a hot drink on the decking and stare at the stars so quiet and dark...lovely.

Great experience in a traditional British cottage. Lovely host, great place and good location, close enough to Chelmsford to grab a taxi or a bus. Highly recommend!

Niko is the hostess with the mostess! She made me feel very comfortable and at home. Really appreciated her thoughtfulness such as turning the heating on in my room, so that when I got back from training my room was warm for me ☺️ Stunning cottage, always kept clean, offering a home away from home with a cozy room, decorated modern. She also asked about my schedule so she could make sure I had full access to facilities when I needed. Convenient location, close to local amenities. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely home stay for beautiful country scenery and close commuting for any training at Broomfield Hospital or East of England ambulance Chelmsford training centre.

Cute cosy cottage with low ceiling and uneven walls - charming. Set in a quaint Essex village neat to Chelmsford. Parking facilities available and very friendly host who shares the house with you. Breakfast available.

Not necessarily to everyone's taste, but we absolutely loved it! Hard to describe, but there was an unusual sense of real calm about the property, everything ....just worked!! Perfect location for our family-meeting needs, but also great for anyone just looking for a quiet break. Good wifi. Rose & Crown is a pleasant stroll away and serves great food (incl breakfast).

Ermmm....really....nothing! No TV? (but that's a good thing for us!) I'm 6'2" and my head only just missed ceiling/beams in places....so be careful if you're any taller. Can't think of anything negative to say....!

Lovely location, near a great village coffee shop

The property was very clean and had everything you would ever need. Cozy, homely, comfortable cottage. The host was super helpful, great communication and a pleasure to talk to.
