"Welcoming host, beautiful views and comfortable cottage"

The location is beautiful with stunning views in a nice quaint village. The host was very welcoming and helpful prior to my stay asking me what type of milk I would like and keeping in touch during my travel down to Essex. Good amenities and even dropped me at my wedding party :)

I was pleased with everything.

"i would not book again, and feel that the owner is not realising what a B&B premises should be."

Property was lovely and in a very nice location. communication with the owner was good, and i was please she was away during my stay at the home, as i would not have felt comfortable sharing the house.

I expected a B&B not just a spare room in a shared house with the owner, all posessions of the owner were in the property and bathroom, quite strange for B&B, it just felt i was renting a room in a shared house for the time period. i also supported with allowing a house viewing during my stay as the owner was selling her home.

A beautiful cottage in a great location. Nico is a very hospitable host who takes pride in her work and pays attention to the finer details. A very comfortable private bedroom. Stunning views. Shared dining and bathroom areas.
