Disappointed with the feeling of being duped by the description of the accommodation, examples ‘Kitchenette is available for cooking and storing food’ there are no cooking appliances within the apartment, the freezer door cannot be opened as the fridge door cannot be opened wide enough to open the freezer door. Uses the phrase Balcony, not a balcony at all its decking. States 1 bathroom with a bath, very incorrect, bathroom only has a toilet, sink and shower, bath is in the front bedroom. Soundproof walls, really! could hear next door walking across the floor, Dirty cleaning sponges left in the bathroom, 4 adults booked in, 1 hand and 1 bath towel provided, email prior to arrival mentioned tea, coffee, sugar water milk pods and breakfast cereal, there was tea, coffee and sugar however, no water (assumed bottled) was available and 1 miniature breakfast cereal box and two pods of milk for 4 people, we didn’t even bother making drinks we were so disappointed. Bathroom lacked bath mat for the tiled floor so slippery when wet. Even basic budget hotels have considered this. Bedrooms are not technically separate there are no doors separating the two sleeping areas just a doorway, The bathroom door is in the area where the bunk beds and Kitchenette are located. Not suitable for more than two people.

The rooms were warm and clean. beds nice to sleep in. Staff were helpful and the car park a very good size.

It said it had a kitchenet but there was only tea making items. having a little hob to cook bacon and a toaster would have been very nice. we would are happy to stay again

Everything was perfect

Doubled was comfy, colour scheme and materials were nice. Quiet location

Very dirty. On arrival had to request that the dead pigeon be removed from the patio and that poo streaks were cleaned from the toilet. Generally dirty all over.... dust, cobwebs, grit in beds, bottom bunk had what looked like dead skin from previous occupants. The front door handle was half off the screws. Paint had come of walls in large patches. Shower still contained items from previous occupants. We had checked in at 5:30, but gone out. Came back at 10. Patio and toilet now clean, but then discovered the state of the beds. Shook out sheets and used opposite side as we were absolutely exhausted and main venue already in the dark. Welcome from staff on check in can only be described as lukewarm. Did not raise issues with the venu a 2nd time as I felt way to angry and disappointed to be able to do so politely. Definitely not worth paying £133 for one night!
