The Dillard House

The room was a bit dated and run down. They are renovating the property so it might be much better soon

I arrived after dark and the lights hadn't come on outside yet. I had never sta it ef before, so I was a little discombobulated. The front desk person (I forgot her name sorry, (9-18-3025) but she was phenomenal. No matter what I brought to her, she met me with kindness, concern, and solutions. I finally settled in snd slept great. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable.

Clean room /accommodating staff /quiet location /gorgeous country

The new owners are remodeling. It is nothing like the old Dillard House and may never be. Hardly anyone is there. I would not recommend staying there until all the remodeling and construction has been completed. People are nice, but the place is under construction, with gravel at the entrance until they can pave it. It's a mess.

Property going through upgrade. Still a good choice.

Fine but would've enjoyed more secure door locks and much better lighting in the room..

The quisine and on site restaurant were very unique. The meals were delicious, with great presentation, and service.The setting was rustic with a very relaxing atmosphere. My favorite activity was the horseback riding in the Tennessee River. Definitely a repeat trip!

The place is under some renovations,is hard to visualize the final project. What we enjoyed is natural settings.The only observation is about the breakfasts menu.Maybe few change in the items,some guest do not drink coffee or dring orange juice or eat meat,or have an allergy to something.So paying for what they offer now is not fair for a family were some members can not eat the same offer.

This is an honest rating and it considers the construction under way. Once complete, this place will be incredible. We were very satisfied with our stay even with the construction underway, but we are looking forward to staying again when it is completed! Great staff, conveniently located. We will definitely be back!
