Nha Xanh Homestay

Chị chủ rất nice luôn, mình thấy mọi thứ rất oke, rất trộm vía. Cảm giác ở home như nhà mình luôn, gần gũi thoải mái. Vị trí thì cũng rất tiện để đi đến các địa danh như Tràng An, chùa Vàng, phố cổ…

Beautiful area and garden, with very kind and attentive staff. We arrived late so we couldn’t get food there but the owner drove us to the old city for free. And when we asked to rent a scooter, they directly brought it to where we were for free again. The room was nice but basic.

I guess it’s our fault that we didn’t check beforehand, but the location is really far from downtown Ninh Binh (which is actually Tam Coc). But it’s a 15 minute drive. You do have to come back before 11pm/midnight because they lock up the gate to their house.

Everything. The owner is so friendly and helpful. Even helped me with an issue of another stay of mine. Hot shower, huge room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful azaleas everywhere 🥰 There is a fridge with beverages for sale + instant noodles available on the hall for buying as well. I would definitely stay there again.

- Quiet location (but keep in mind that is far from the tourist attractions and book only if you can drive a scooter! In our case, we chose it on purpose.) - Spacious and nice rooms - Comfortable beds - Good internet - Lovely garden - The hosts are very nice and helpful - Scooters available for a reasonable price (120k/day without fuel)

- The owners don't speak much English, but we were able to communicate effectively using Google Translate - Location doesn’t appear on Grab App - Breakfast is very basic (1 bahn mi with egg and 1 instant coffee)

Owner was nice, kids made friend with owner's kids and enjoyed a lot.

I liked how beautiful the property is ,and the owners are very helpful

The breakfast could have been better. I found the eggs extremely salty.

Nice quite location in a beautiful garden.
