Comfortable rooms, quiet area and lovely host. We wanted to stay an additional night and that was not a problem at all. Our host helped us with everything we needed:-) We highly recommend this homestay.

Lovely garden and nice family. Room was clean. We could rent a bike while staying there which was great!

There was an unpleasant sewage smell around the entrance area.

Nice stay in a quiet area. You need a scooter to reach Ninh Binh

A very peaceful place to stay. The garden is wonderful and the family is very kind, ready to help anytime you need. The room was very big and having a table inside the room was a big plus. Also a small fridge is really helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is always hot water and the AC is good, if you need to turn it on.

Even if the place is overall clean, the bedsheets looked a little bit old, worn out. But since the bedsheets were clean, it was not a problem, even more considering the price.

We like the space we had in our room.

We didn't like that we were far from the city center of both Ninh Binh and Tam Coc. We had to Grab to go everywhere (but it wasn't that expensive).
