"Far out from town with a really sweet family"

Big and comfortable room which was ideal as we were stuck there during the typhoon. The family are very sweet and kind people. Breakfast varied each day.

Quite far from the town, so you'd have to rent a scooter, but great if you want to be in the quieter side of the town.

Super cute property, rooms and bathroom were super clean, loved the shower. The host family was so, so nice! Helped us with everything and made us feel very comfortable being there. Everything was perfect. Would go there 100% if I ever come across Ninh Binh again. :) It’s a little further from tam coc, definitely need a scooter. It was absolutely no issue for us since we searched for a more quiet and relaxed place (which it was!) but wanted to leave this information for everyone who plans going to Ninh Binh.

"Lovely homestay, if in Ninh binh would definitely come again!"

Such a cute, welcoming homestay, felt very safe and they let us check in early after coming off the night bus! Free breakfast was noodles with egg and was very yummy! When we arrived they organised us a bike to rent so that we could go explore straight away!

The room is big, excellent price. The location is okay. The staff is very enthusiastic

It's pretty challenging to go to the place by Google map. I don't mind that there was no breakfast, but it is shown in my booking option.
