I liked the location.

My experience at this apartment was extremely disappointing and did not live up to the pictures online. The apartment is not worth the money, and I strongly recommend you book a different place if possible. The photos online are misleading. The beds are uncomfortable, and there is constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The situation was made even worse by a broken window in the living room that cannot be closed. The cleanliness was also a major issue. The bathroom had mold and spiderwebs, and there was a significant amount of dust and cobwebs under the beds and throughout the apartment. The rooftop terrace was also unusable. The outdoor furniture was broken and uncomfortable, which made it impossible to enjoy the space for more than a few minutes. One bedroom doesn't have air conditioning either.

Awful sewer smell coming out of the bathrooms. We had to put cleansers in the sinks every once in a while in order to be able to stay in the room. Not properly cleaned. Extreme unprofessional behavior by the personnel when trying to get the invoice of our stay there.

Disgusting and Neglected – Do Not Book Our stay at this apartment in Budapest was a complete disappointment. The place was filthy — dirty floors, unclean toilets and showers, and a strong, unpleasant smell in the main bedroom’s bathroom. Only one bathroom had a functioning door; the others had either broken or no doors at all, which made things very uncomfortable. There were spider webs in the corners, all the furniture was covered in dust, and it was obvious that the apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were broken windows in the living room, making the space feel even more neglected, and we found cigarette butts left behind by previous tenants — another sign of poor maintenance and hygiene. The towels provided smelled terrible, and there were no basic toiletries like shampoo or shower gel. As if that wasn’t enough, there was a used toothbrush left on the football table, which was just disgusting. The only positive aspects were the location and the rooftop terrace, but they weren’t nearly enough to make up for the overall condition of the apartment. The listing was completely misleading, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place

Stay away from this apartment: terrible experience and dishonest host. I stayed in Budapest with a group of friends and unfortunately, during our stay, we accidentally broke a window. I took full responsibility and immediately paid for the damage: €200 in cash before leaving and another €300 by bank transfer once I returned to Italy. I kept my word. He didn’t. The host promised that once he received the repair invoice, he would refund any excess amount. After that, he completely disappeared: no invoice, no explanation, no refund. He stopped replying to messages and ignored the agreement we had made. But that’s not all. I had forgotten an expensive pair of headphones and a pair of glasses in the apartment. After the cleaners came through, everything mysteriously vanished. No one ever responded about that either. This behavior is unacceptable, disrespectful, and downright dishonest. I acted in good faith and was transparent the whole time, but all I got in return was indifference and deceit. If you’re reading this, take my advice: there are far better places to stay in Budapest. Avoid this apartment like the plague, and never leave anything of value behind — you won’t see it again.

Good location and apart relativity cheap but apartment lacked any maintenance, window smashed in lounge and just covered with a sticky film, blinds in bedroom already damaged, and sewerage smell coming from main bedroom shower, which can be smelled in bedroom as en-suite. TV also no sound in lounge. Would possibly stay again if could see from reviews if this type of maintenance had improved.

Location & eating our was good. Budapest is a beautiful city and definitely worth a visit.

Location was good, very central and easy to get to tourist spots. Roof garden had a very good view. Apartment it's wasn't clean when we arrived. A window was broken, which owner stated was previous guests. Apartment was to 6/8 people but had little cutlery, plates, 4 cups, no real cooking pots etc - apartments rented to groups should have enough of these things to cater for the number of people they rent to. Damage to window blinds was specifically mentioned but these were again damaged when we arrived. Some towels were wet. There was broken glass on the rug in lounge. Appeared to us the apartment had not be cleaned at all before we arrived. Boiler stopped giving hot water on 2 day, phoned host a number of times and nothing was done, host then never even contacted or updated us for the rest of our stay. Fortunately, on a 30 minute Whatapp call with friend , friend managed to help us getting the boiler working again. My advise, if you choose to rent this apartment, is on arrival take videos and photos like us so you won't get hit with fines.
