3bedroom triplex rooftop apartment

Apartment is located very central, in 300 metres you can find bus, metro and tramway. if you like walking, it is also possible to many must see places. there are many of restaurant and bars around the apartment and food stores are very close, like ALDI, SPARE. if you are looking for burger king, starbucks they are in walkable distance near the tuna river, I think not more than 500 metres. İn the apartment kitchen tools are good enough to prepare breakfast and sandwiches, yet there is not a toaster it would be fine. and roof has a good view..

all building apartments are for rent. eventhough there are many warning signs you may have noisy neighbours. it is a chance.. and cleanliness could be better..

Kitchen sink drainage needs to be improved, one stove top needs to be fixed.

The apartment is well-located, close to a plaza with restaurants and bars. It's a 10-minute walk to the nearest tram and just 3 minutes to the bus stop for easy access to the city centre. The apart is in a quiet block on the 4th floor and as a whole is very spacious - there were 4 of us and can sleep 6, this wouldn't be an issue. The apartment has air con and plenty of bathrooms for use when there is a few of you!

The apartment itself needs some maintenance - there were things such as broken mirrors and chairs that were a bit worn out. The property was superficially cleaned, including surfaces, floors, and bathrooms, but some areas were still dusty and had cobwebs. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had no storage or wardrobe space so 3 of us lived out of our cases for 4 days, which wasn't ideal!

Spacious apartment in excellent location with a restaurant/bar right outside in the square, 5 minutes walk to tram/metro stop. The roof terrace is a good size, the living/kitchen area and 2 of the bedrooms are very large. Hosts were very quick to respond when we had a problem with the roof terrace door.

The lower floor drains are extremely slow to drain making both the lower floor showers almost useless. The outside areas need some attention, there was an overflowing ashtray and plastic cup on one of the balconies and the roof terrace had bits of broken plastic in the astro-turf, some of the decking is broken and the furniture is not stable. None of these problems would stop us from returning and we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything as advertised :) Nice, well located apartment with friendly staff. A curtain was damaged, but the hosts fixed it during our stay with no issues.

The kitchen can equipped better - for example, there was no cutting board and not a lot of glasses. The AC is fussy, but it gets the job done. Also, even though the overall cleanliness was very good, there was a bunch of spots that could use a better clean. Also, the iron and one hair dryer was damaged.
