3bedroom triplex rooftop apartment

Wonderful staff and attention to customer’s needs. Restaurant and bar is downstairs so very convenient. Good location and rooftop is quiet, slept great!

Air conditioning is only in the living room and big bedroom so I’m glad it wasn’t summer yet. Only the big bedroom has curtains to block the daylight. I’m a big coffee lover so that little Pod machine didn’t work for me. I think the property should provide garbage bags and some laundry detergent since there is a washing machine,

The location was central. The bus from the airport (100E) makes its first stop about 5 minutes away. The metro, bus & tram connections are superb. The rooftop sitting area was again superb; the view is breathtaking. The square on which this apartment is situated has several restaurants, cafes and bistros. You will find many more within a 200 meter radius. There are a number of grocery stores and bakeries close by. Despite the high density of such facilities the area is quiet.

From the description the layout of the apartment may not be obvious and hence here is some information. The apartment is a maisonette, ie on two floors with the staircase within the apartment. The entry to the apartment is on the 4th floor and yes, there is an elevator. Once inside, there is a bedroom+bathroom, a separate bathroom and a living/dining room with kitchenette on the lower floor. From the lower floor a staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms, one with an attached bathroom and one without. In summary, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but of these, one bedroom and bathroom are on different floors. It may be a minor inconvenience but I thought I should mention this for future guests.

The apartment have a great location, and it is comfortable, absolutely a bargain compared to the facilities that it offers. I would highly recommend!

Could be better cleaned and may need maintenance.
