Brilliant location just on the water. Close enough to the village to get food and supplies. Close enough to the beach to paddle out to kids point. Kind and helpful staff on site.

Awesome location and Murie is so happy to help ! They provide drinking water and clean the rooms often. Some of the other reviews on here are unbelievable it’s important to remember you are in Lombok not Western Europe. Sometimes the power goes out but that’s not the accomodations fault it’s usually island wide.

Superb location, you can see some of the breaks from here and also be picked up by the boat right in front. Super chill vibe, also with neighbours but still plenty of privacy. I like how the set up the front garden/veranda with the best views. Room en bed is spacious. Bathroom is ok. Lots of space to hang stuff also to dry your wet stuff after a surf. Staff is super friendly and helpful too. The information book on the small desk is handy too. Would highly recommended and come back to this place !

Pretty much everything else was bad. My wifi connection did not work for almost my entire stay. Although staff is friendly, it takes a while for there to be anyone that is available to help you with anything as there usually isn’t anyone staying on the property. Rooms were run down and dirty. Hammock was very dirty. Bugs ALL over my room. Wasps kept flying into the bathroom, ant infestation as shown in my photo, and beetles. I am normally okay with a few bugs but this was ridiculous. Even when switched to a different room the same issue occurred. The water for the sink did not work at times and was very salty. Stray dogs all around the area that bark throughout the night make it difficult to get proper sleep. My room had no AC. Just had a very weak fan so make sure to get the more expensive room with AC if you do choose to book here. Got switched to a room with AC on my last day and still had all of the same issues. Very disappointed with my stay. You will get better value for your money elsewhere.

Great place right on the water Lovely staff and a cute little surf shack to get away from the hustle and bustle. They helped with anything we wanted and arranged surf boats to pick us up right from the accommodation. Lovely traditional thatched roof, which unfortunately shed some of its stuff during a big storm so had to clean that up. Only thing that would improve this would be a small kitchen set up. Loved the place, will come back!

Pros: friendly staff who helped answer many questions and connect us with motor bike rental, laundry, taxi, etc. Cons: there is only one small fan and the rooms stay VERY hot. A/C is truly needed, or at least another 1-2 powerful fans to make it comfortable. There were also ants everywhere. We are used to seeing some bugs given its Indonesia, but there were trails of ants in various places, and quite a few of bees right outside the door that make their way inside. Also, the WiFi is very weak and only works consistently if you are near the window the extender is - it will constantly drop even signal when using it in bed/inside the room.

Location is good if you are looking to do dawn patrol surfs and want to be away from the city.

Where to start, I would urge anyone thinking about staying here to read some of the recurring issues that come up here in reviews and let that help guide your decision. Biggest issue is that theft is a serious issue here and you will need to go through your credit card company if you want your money back, because the owner will deny any sort of wrong doing, even though you can read other reviews of this exact issue where they also try and deny it. Next, you will be left on your own pretty much. Near impossible to find anyone working there at any time. I repeatedly asked for a room clean sign, but never received it, so I would go several days until I could physically find someone to clean my room and still never receive the sign. You will also be out of luck if you are looking to get your water refilled in your room. For the room, my roof was leaking debris which they did go in and adjust the layout for, but it didnt improve the issue as this disgusting tar water from the roof began to leak on the new spot. Owner was unresponsive to this until after I left, likely because they didnt want to be confronted about the theft issue.
