Location very central - two minutes walk to West St cafes and bars.. Pleasant flat, fairly basic facilities but perfectly adequate. Good value for money, though.

Quite near Student Union building. I was there on a Saturday night in term so quite noisy until quite late.

Great location. Parking on site. Amenities very close and easy access in and out of Sheffield.

I have stayed in these apartments before and was expecting the same high standards. However, the decor is very tired. Paint coming off the ceiling and scuffed to the plaster on the walls. Black mould stains in the en suite bathroom in the corner of wall and ceiling. Odd assortment of furniture.

Location, price and the fact that the property was spacious.

There were no shower gel or shampoo. The property was dusty and not cleaned well (there were someones socks under the bed). The towels were with yellow stains and it seemed like they were not washed. The walls were dirty and cracked on every corner.

Location is great for the university. Parking space helps too. Flat was spacious enough for 2, and helped being dog friendly

Cleaning needs some attention. Mould in shower, 2 mugs dirty. Food crumbs in cupboard. Paintwork on exterior chipped and dirty . Could do with some instructions in the flat to work heating as it was very hot when we arrived.

It was a very nice apartment

There was no kettle no soap for the sink. The shower gel and shampoo needed refilling
