Close to the beach and nice pool. Liked how they lent towels and umbrellas for the beach . Front desk staff were great

It’s a bit of a walk to town but not too bad and the area is under a lot of construction ( just noise in the day) . ( and this hotel still has some construction to do - but main areas are done) There was the plumbing issue with showers gassing- but that was easy fix with putting on plug when shower not in use.

Loved: the location, it was 10 minute walk to Centro along a street that is not a thorough fare so very quiet. Being a bit out of the central location was good exercise for us and much quieter for sleeping. We walked home from Centro every evening and always felt safe doing so. Sometimes it was as late as midnight. Staff were very amenable to accommodating guests in any way possible. If there is an issue, they will handle - people where putting towels on loungers at the pool and not showing up after more than 2 hours. Front desk people dealt with it. Condo was huge and the terrace a good size with the most amazing views. You even had that fantastic view from the master bedroom. The little restaurant is wonderful to have, good food and the staff are amazingly friendly. We enjoyed a great freshly brewed cup of coffee there every morning.

There are two reasons why I did not give this location a 5 out of 5 star review. 1 - There was a terrible sewer smell when we got there and it took them awhile to fix. Not sure if it was their problem or city. 2nd - the maid didn't do a very good job of cleaning. Maybe they should be using vacuums instead of brooms as its so easy to track sand into the unit which can be harder to pick up with a broom. It would have been nice to have 2 loungers on our terrace. It would be nice if there were more loungers by the pool. There is lots of space to put another row on the lower deck beside the pool. Except for these few things, it really is a 10 in every other way.

The staff was very accommodating. The pool was heated the perfect temp. The common areas and room was very clean. The location is near the beach and Oxxo etc. It is just a little far from main drag but walkable. Great little restraint attached to hotel for breakfast or lunch with healthy options.

Probably not much. It is brand new so they are still working on somethings which created some noise at night but only one night and they were very professional about it.

Washroom smells all day and night Thay have no safe no hot water to wash dishes not enough lounge chairs at the pool it’s certainly not sound proof the doors make noise grinding to close not enough lounge chairs people sleeping English
