A sense of space and freedom throughout the property. Fantastic ocean views, atmosphere. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean with the patio doors open is fantastic! No need to use air conditioning at all, so nice to have the room tempeerature because of the huge open terrace. Well organised, well equipped with barely a noticeable staff presence. Easy access down to the beach (approx: 50 m). We will definitely return on our next business trip.

One of the bathrooms does not have natural ventilation, so there is a stale, slightly stale smell. The use of a much stronger extractor would be recommended.

Awesome breakfasts at the attached Cafe. Staff was amazing...made us feel so welcome from start to finish

The mountainview room we had was quite noisy when the A/C kicked in which was on the other side of the wall. It vibrated the wall, but it only was a little loud when it kicked in, it wasnt all the time. Most times we were enjoying the beautiful pool or the beach. Could be insulated better maybe? The noise from the highway was to be expected and when we shut window and turned tv on then eventually went to sleep, it was fine.

I was told the price is going up next year $30 per night. I would book it for the same or little increase but thats too much. I will look at other options.

The location was great about a 15 minute walk to Centro. The area is very clean and quaint. We felt very safe in the area and walked late at night. There are eateries within walking distance. There are a couple convenience stores and a pharmacy within a block. The beach is beautiful, a bit rocky in areas. Our room was very large. We had the Junior suit on the 4th floor with ocean view. The view was breathtaking. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy for us. Bedding is changed often and there was never a shortage of towels or toiletries. The staff were wonderful and helped us with getting around town and giving us great bus information. They were attentive to all of our needs. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and catered to everything we needed. The heated pool is very clean, it's large and it was never crowded. There could be a few extra lounge chairs at the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a safe in the room. It would be nice to have a sign for the door as housekeeping was not needed everyday for us.

The location was great. Right by the beach and we had a great view from our deck. Nice quiet area and within walking distance to town and restaurants. Close to bus stop

The supplies in the kitchen were sparse. No large salad bowls, grater, only 2 pots, nothing to boil water for tea, cutting boards were too small. Iron cord was too short and ironing board was too small, no dish towels. Very minimal if you plan on staying any longer than a week.

Great location. The room was larger than we expected. The view from the balcony was outstanding.

Not much. A few more restaurants close by would be nice, but there were lots 10 minutes away.

The pool area was nice and the staff at the restaurant were lovely.

Our room was not prepared when we checked in - no dish soap, shampoo, hand soap, etc.- and no safe in the room. We had 2 nights with no AC. They "fixed" the AC on the 3rd day which led to a flood in the bathroom. They finally moved me to another room for the last night and I was able to see how the room should have been prepared. I have a feeling the room we were assigned was actually not supposed to be in use and they put us in there anyway. Overall it made for a pretty frustrating stay. The staff was fairly responsive and the actual property is quite pretty. It is a bit of a walk from the centre of Bucerias and there's not else much around. The "mountain view" studios look out over a highway and there is a lot of noise from nearby construction. It seems all the high reviews are from the ocean facing views. I personally wouldn't stay again.

Breakfast was good but the coffee was far too expensive. Almost $7 Canadian for a small coffee. They should sell a drip coffee. Because of the coffee price I didn’t use the café again.

I stayed in the junior suite with “ mountain view “. Room was great, too big for one person. The windows faced towards a very busy 4 lane highway 50 meters away. I had to sleep with ear plugs every night as the traffic noise was loud and relentless. All windows on the north side should be upgraded for the sound. I’m sure all suites facing the water were peaceful. The main desk has a large container of ear plugs and dispenses them for guests obviously on the north side.
