Itare Beach House

Don’t really wanna write this review as I wanna be able to stay here and not have it all booked up when I come back! Location was great. Services were great very clean great pool! Could use a few more loungers.

Everything was great

Beautiful seaview, terrace, Beach access, proximity to Bucerias (15 minute walk), air conditioning in unit.

Noise from highway and construction, sewer smell in bathroom.

Excellent pool close to beach. They provide beach chairs and umbrella if requested. Good value for money

High ceiling a little loud.

New. Great location. Friendly staff. Even room with mountain view and no balcony ok. Lots of space. Desk. Two tvs. And cool as no direct sun.

Need chairs on roof to see sunset!

Very good location. Right on the beach Good breakfast restaurant attached. OXO 3 minute walk. Town center 15 minute walk. Great pool area. Very good sized studio apartment with small kitchen including fridge, 2 burner hot plate, microwave and toaster oven. Maid service on alternate days.

There are added taxes to the price I was not expecting. When confirming the price be sure to get the total ALL-IN price. No hot water in the sinks, only in the shower (although it's a really nice shower). Only 2 large plates, 2 smaller plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks, etc. When they say "mountain view" it means you're facing the highway which is noisy (bothered me but not my wife) and there could be better soundproofing between apartments.

Close to the beach and clean

Only one restaurant near the hotel I have requested a hair dryer and I was told that a housekeeper will deliver to my room however I have never received it until check out

We stayed at Itare Beach House for 5 weeks. Before arrival, they were very quick to reply to any queries I had regarding the property. We were greeted by Izteel and Miguel upon check-in. I was unaware when I booked the condo that their cleaning staff did all of the cleaning; so we were only responsible for washing our dishes. They like to empty the garbages daily; however, if you do not require daily cleaning then you can set a schedule for the cleaning staff to sweep & mop floors/ clean the bathroom / change the bedding. Guests are able to sign out camping chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella for use at the beach. They also have 3 gallon water jugs for purchase at the front desk, which saved my husband from having to carry from elsewhere down the street. There is a side entry to the property, which can only be accessed with a security code. The other door by the front desk also requires a code to enter the building, which provides additional security. We had a condo on the 5th floor facing the beach; there is some highway noise and 2 condos currently getting built right now. (They don't start before 8 am).

the condos are not very soundproof. One morning I went to get a drink of water from the kitchen and could hear the neighbour's dragging chairs across the floor; moving dishes and I could also hear them talking, but not well enough to know what they were saying. I cannot fault Itare Beach House for the behavior of other guests, though.
