Hotel Palam Hills

The hotel looks exactly like it is shown in pictures. "Ameen and the entire staff" was very polite and helpful. They made our stay super comfortable. Also, helped us arrange a cab for us to visit places. Breakfast was tasty. Hotel is located near the market and safe! Value for money!

Very nice helpful staff. Nice yard, clean rooms, delicious food. I can only recommend it to all travelers!

There was little English spoken at times here which made things alittle tuff at times. I was told by one staff member that l could pay by card tho that wasn’t the case. We stayed extra nights and l wanted to book directly through the hotel which was a mission so l ended up booking one room for an extra 2nights on booking.com and then finally l could book the other room for an extra night through the hotel tho they just charged me the same rate as booking.com 🤨…. It’s a nice establishment tho because of the hard tiled floor design everything echos and you can hear absolutely every voice, door closing, people arriving, staff talking & walking. The rooms are of good size tho my room #210 had a very loose laminated floor that creaked on every footstep. Hot water would take along time to come through. Great views from the room. The little pasterrie at the entrance serves very nice cakes, slices and great coffee tho it can take 30mins to receive a coffee so don’t be in a hurry. It’s a nice quite location to rest up. Overall ok.

Great location- quiet but close to city center, well-maintained garden with beautiful views of the mountains. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The on-site coffee place open until 10 pm with good views and a cozy atmosphere with some tasty delights is a good place to hang out with a book or laptop. Most of the staff was respectful and helpful, and helped arrange my airport cab early in the morning.

The wifi in the room was quite weak. Hot water was not available throughout the day. TV was not functional since the network was not working throughout my stay of 4 nights. I would have liked the pricing for the meals including the buffets served at the hotel specified clearly in the menu card provided in the room- and not be told condescendingly by the staff when a guest goes to the dining room (menu did not include price of buffets served). One of the staff members also took it upon himself to make sure I knew what I was doing by constantly asking me where I was going and what I was doing. Perhaps, the staff should be told that solo women travellers may not need their unsolicited well-intentioned help.

There was a pleasent stay with kind staff.serves us a complimentry tea .

All is well where as some issue having with dinner. No vallueable dinner make unhappy to us.

Location of hotel is awesome and staff behaviour is excellent and very cooperative.
