Staff behaviour excellent and very friendly. Especially Amin was very helpful. Food ...breakfast , dinner were excellent.

In summers , the first floor rooms are hot and discomforting.

The staff, the gorgeous peaceful garden and attached Pattiserie with lovely cakes and coffee

Tv channel options were very limited, no English movie channels.

The beautiful garden, the wonderful helpful staff, comfortable room, tasty breakfast. Armin, one of the staff really took care of me when I was sick from the altitude on arrival.

The tv didn’t have any English channels available.

Hotel ambience is great. Room quality and furnishings is good

The hot water in bathroom comes after 5 minutes of water flow. And it is not very hot, just warm.

Location out of the centre tho not to far. Gardens are nice and good to see a large cultivated veggie garden. The Little Pastry/coffee shop on entrance Rooms were good size Good views Great restaurant right next door DONTANGS RESTAURANT = absolutely amazing

The whole place echos so badly…. You can hear everything. The false timber floor was lifting up in my room in parts and this is due to poor quality workmanship and weather fluctuations, so the floor creaks and makes crazy noises when walking over it. Hot water is 50%. Kettle supplied leaked absolutely over everything with it less than 3/4 full. Tried booking directly through hotel for extra nights tho it’s just best to book online which is silly English barrier minimal
