Hotel Palam Hills

Location is peaceful. Staff is polite and respectful. They took care of us really well. Food quality and quantity are good.

Bed wasn’t so clean. There were some hair in bed.

My son just finished his boards and wanted to experience solo travel...from the time he landed at Leh, hotel staff took care of him...from airport transfers to chalking out the itinerary etc..all was taken care of meticulously by Mr Stanzin and his staff..As a parent ,i can recommend this as a safe place

We liked the size of the room and the location of the hotel.

They promised hot water but didn't give it. The reception was left unattended most of the time. so it was difficult to get the staff to get us stuff that we needed.

The staff at Palam Hills is super kind and very helpful, thanks a lot for your hospitality. The café next to the hotel is very good and I enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden of the hotel/café.

Palam Hills hotel is located about 12-min walk from Leh's market, so location is very convenient. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice and attentive. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable (though the bed was a bit too hard for my taste). There is hot water and good wifi connection.

A curtain in the bathroom could help keep the bathroom dry. Since there is no divide between toilet and shower (typical in India) showering creates a mess in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great.

Very neat. Good location, nice staff. Nice lawn and garden area.

Was hoping the cafe would be open. Unfortunately it had shut operations
