I need to get my refund back as the place was fully booked and I had to cancel nou am calling them everyday for my refund still no luck

my problem I was not told I would have an outside toilet from the room that was my disappointment. I think R1600 NEEDS TO HAVE THE BREAKFAST

Bathroom was separate from the room/Shared. Honestly wasn't aware when making a booking.

The house is at a right location, the mats in the rooms are dirty, there were no towels in the bathroom and in our rooms and no shower mats and caps, no body wash or soaps, and we had to use outside toilet the second room the bed is blocking the mirror. We didn't have a kitchen and sachets for tea, and after using a dish when you want to re-use it you must go to the bathroom; we slept with the cooked food in our rooms. The most irritating of them all the steps from the parking to the rooms at least do something or open the entrance in front I don't know or have an escalator if possible. The braai area was so dirty including the coaches and the swimming pool. Garden is nice.

The address on the website is totally wrong - it says Scott Street the accomodation name and the actual name differ no towels in room so much lights outside that the room it totally lid throughout the night Internet and television not working
