The room was not wat we expected

Nothing at all.

Nothing at all.. I booked the place to stay for 7pm … half past 7 the receptionist calls and say I must cancel my booking she is fully booked .. I asked her how is it possibly if on the app it shows the lodge has accepted the booking and she tells me otherwise she answers she doesn’t know, all she knows is I must cancel.. I told her it’s late at night ,she said okay you can come but I won’t open the gate,said I must take out my issues with booking.com not here__I literally stoped by the gate and checked for another accomodation 8pm at night… I only got a refund of my money a day later ? To which i wonder where I was going to sleep should It happen I used the last money to book her place.. her attitude is very bad.. the reason why this place had 5.5 ratings is because of people like her ..if I was the property manager I was definitely going to get Rid of Her .. she’s very proud for a person working on a desk

The hospitality was horrible. The room n the bathroom were not cleaned n we had to make our own bed, n the bed was without headboard. We didn't know where to wash our dirty dishes. The couch and the braai stand at swimming pool area were very dirty. The Wi-Fi connection was also horrible.

The place itself and its location are very close to actives and the place is gorgeous as well.

The part where you have to use the same bathroom as other people who would be unreasonable and lock themselves in the bathroom and smoke there while you have to use it. The doors are also too loud so those going up and down in the morning, they wake you up with the noise from the doors and keep you awake. However the apartment is from those unreasonable people who also book there, the place does allow you to rest and it's comfortable. I hope they fix those slippery floors as well
