The is no kitchen

I liked the view and the location, the safety and parking. The swiming pool also was clean

The arrangement for my 3year and 5year old was not good at all. The queen room mat needs to be replaced. No wifi for the rest of the days spent, meaning there was no tv especially for the children😥😪😪

They said I must cancel my booking 2hrs before checking in,they where not even apologetic about it,they were very rude, they gave me my refund though.

If there is any inconvenience, please communicate before time,so we can make other arrangements.

I loved the location of the lodge. It is ideally situated.

Firstly, it was falsely advertised, when we booked, the pics that we saw were completely different to what we saw when we were allocated a room. The entire 1st floor was empty we were the only guests but were given the smallest room with a shared bathroom. When we asked about it, we were told it's what we booked however when we booked we were shown completely different pics.

Location was great with nice views of dam.

No coffee or tea in room and also had to ask for soap. The road in booking com is Scott Street which is wrong. The lodge is actually in 29 Karel Cresent. This needs to be rectified because we drove over two hours looking and could not get people on the phone.
