"Stay was bad, as I was expecting to be accommodated at Yatch but The mansion"

Stop advertising on something that you don't have. I BOOKED AT Mansion lodge, and when Confirmation and invoice come said Yatch Guest house. Please in future don't use picture's for The mansion lodge to advertised the Yatch lodge. This is a big embarsment to us as client

If you show the picture for The mansion guest house, during my arrival I expect the Mansion picture and rooms mot Yatch guest house. Please Guys be logic and professional 🙏

"It wasn’t the best of places but it was peaceful and warm"

The staff were nice, great location, very quiet and peaceful , the air conditioner worked nicely, kept us warm

The only towel looked very old and with yellow stains; the kitchen tap leaking; the TV wasn’t working; wifi couldn’t connect and vodacom network is poor at the location; no coffee or tea; no bathroom products (eg hand soap)

"Mansion revamp"

Nothing

They didn't change my bedding and the place is not as published. I think the need to change the bed I occupied. It's too hard.
