Mon Chéri Cruises

We had an amazing experience with Mon Chéri Cruise! The scenery, food, and overall service were outstanding, making the trip truly memorable. A special thank you to Jaden and Andy for their exceptional hospitality—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time. Highly recommend Mon Chéri Cruise to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay!

The room with its view was absolutely outstanding and the meals were incredible.

No negatives really. I would recommend spacing the food courses out a little as 5 courses one after the other can be very overwhelming. That said, the food was phenomenal.

Amazing stay, super comfortable, excellent staff who go over and beyond. Adults and kids alike had a wonderful time! Stayed the 2N (definitely do this!). It’s very relaxing, activities are planned (swimming, kayaking, cycling, cooking, happy hours), and the meals were delicious with a variety of options. Rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious. There’s a nice, calming aroma in the room, cool temperatures in the warm weather. Balconies that overlook the bay. Turndown in the evening. Staff were excellent! Special thanks to Jasmine, Ben, Ann, all the dining room staff (pic below!) and all the staff - amazing job, you really go an extra mile to take care of guests at all times (from the moment you’re picked up to dropping you off), explain plans for the day, care for guests during activities was much appreciated. The welcome to Mon Cheri was so sweet! Special shout out to meal service which was really excellent, attentive and kind service, and very warm smiles. All of you do things “with heart!” and that makes the big difference. Thank you so much!

Emplacement incroyable : à quelques mètres de la cathédrale Saint-Joseph, dans une rue agréable et tranquille. Depuis le restaurant et le rooftop, on peut profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents : beaucoup de choix et des produits de grande qualité. Mais la vraie force de l’établissement, c’est son personnel toujours professionnel, souriant et à l’écoute. Un vrai service 5 étoiles ! Mention particulière pour le manager : quand il parle de son pays, on peut l’écouter pendant des heures. Une super expérience !

הכל היה מתוקתק אנחנו שומרים כשרות ובקשנו פירות וירקות לא חתוכים ודאגו להביא לנו בשפע לחדר הציעו גם לבשל לנו דג בנייר כסף (אנחנו לא רצינו) החדרים מרווחים ונקיים, הכל מתוזמן ומאורגן בצורה מופתית צוות חייכני ועוזר בכל דבר מומלץ
