"Property employee lying to customers and thats not booking .com promise to there customers"

They cheated on me they said fhey dont accepf local id's How come they do that lying infront , if those kinda stuff happening in the time of checking at the property how could someone bare that , they do those such cheap stuff the spoil there name also spoil the name of booking .com property's and i prefer everybody not use booking.com after such incident happen to me
