There was no soap for washing,Old towels ,too much noise at night, people's smoking the smoke comes to non smokers room,

Nothing, I was completely dissatisfied with the entire experience.

My experience with this establishment was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I made an online booking specifically for a room with an en-suite bathroom, but upon arrival, this was not honored. Instead, I was given a room with a shared bathroom, which was in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition—completely unfit for use. Rather than correcting their mistake, the staff expected me to pay extra for another room. Even then, the “upgraded” room lacked basic essentials such as soap and sanitary supplies, and no prior communication was provided regarding this. The staff showed little to no concern or accountability throughout the entire process, which made the situation even more frustrating. Additionally, the establishment does not offer breakfast, which should be clearly communicated upfront. The location of the building also felt unsafe and somewhat questionable, adding to the overall discomfort. To make matters worse, the bed was very uncomfortable, and I experienced back pain after sleeping on it. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Never had breakfast, the room was oky but there are no room service, they don't clean during your stay.

No enough toiletries, rooms are not being cleaned regularly. You find room cleaned but no body will clean during your stay, too much noise.

I didnt like anything that dang guest house look like a trafficking hub so couldn't stay there and now i can't even get my refund

We booked this property through Booking.com expecting legitimate accommodation, but our experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. Upon arrival, we found that the rooms did not have private bathrooms as one would reasonably expect from a lodging facility. Instead, bathroom facilities were shared publicly and were not properly secured or locked, which raised significant safety and privacy concerns for us. The overall environment did not match the expectations created by the listing. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay. Transparency in property descriptions is essential, and this establishment should clearly disclose the nature of its facilities and amenities so guests can make informed decisions. We strongly advise management to address these safety and hygiene issues immediately. Authorities responsible for hospitality compliance and safety standards may need to inspect the premises to ensure it meets regulatory requirements. We would not recommend this place to anyone seeking safe and standard accommodation.

Everything about the place, staff were so friendly. I hope to come again.
