Check in is at 23:00 we had to pay extra to check in before that , there was no hot water also you need to pay R50 for the TV remote

ZAI was mistreated by Ebony workers and the owner they locked me outside the gate on my arrival time I did not sleep there I just want my money back
U don't like anything what hurts me the most it's when I got there gates were locked and the lady said she was instructed by her boss not to open the gate for anyone few minutes before I got there
ZANothing at all. Very doggy places, looks like a brothel. The entry to the room u have to go through a bar lounge with kids! The manager was rude and intimidating he’s staff right in front of us
Everything. The entry way was doggy, the manager was rude and suspicious of everything. They didn’t let us see the rooms if we weren’t going to check in. You pay extra if you check-in before 11pm.
