ZAZAWhen I book I was not told about arriving at 11h00, I was told after I've done with my booking that it have convince me to pay axtra R100 more, I should have choose better place with R400 I've paid
To be told to pay extra R100 at the place, the noise next to road where I was sleeping, the bed was not comfortable at all, I was also told to pay extra R50 for TV remote, that was so disgusting to me
ZAZALocation is very good, it is close to cbd and there is no noise there
The team's and conditions for signing in time is very bad, because they say we must sign in at 23:30, why? Cz the perfect time for sign in is 18:00-22:00 if you are booking for night.
ZAZAMy check in time was set to 23:30 and that was an inconvenience, sent a message to request for an early check in was told I’ll be paying R100 extra for an early check in on top of R500 I already paid. I went to the place before 23:30 I could not find the place and did not reach them over the phone. I called again while I was at the filling station to ask if I am being scammed or what the person I spoke to was threatening and very rude and insisted that I can cancel knowing very well I’ll be forfeiting the money I have already paid. I had to book another place from Air bnb. Ebony guest house is a scam.
I did not find the place and they did not answer my calls.
