Staff were helpful, location was great.

Wifi connection was not reaching certain rooms.

The staff team, led by Olivier, were extremely helpful and kind with our large family group. They picked us up from the bus station, helped us to purchase onward tickets and were warm and friendly at all times.

Some small details in the chalets/rooms could be repaired and improved e.g. the shower fixture. But the hot water was good.

Despite arriving at 5am, the staff were very happy to see me and check me in. It was very quiet during my stay and would reccomend

View over the balcony to Lake Kivu was exceptional. Beautiful grassy grounds you can sit on with view over lake. Breakfast was really good. Room was nice, shower was hot and powerful. Great location for finishing the congo-nile trail.

Staff using toilet didn't wash their hands. Food was very good but would have been nice to have more "snack" items for the afternoon rather than full meals.

Have a nice view, near to airport.

The countless number of steps to go from the restaurant to the room.

We had a very nice view from our balcony. Our room was big and the price was not that high. We stayed there just for a night, because it is close to Nyungwe. For that it was perfect.

There was no warm water and at some point there was no water at all. Breakfast was not that interesting, but maybe we came too early, they were still preparing. The city/village itself didn't give us a good feeling. For example there were stones flying in us, after we refused to give money to children. that didn't happen in Rwanda neither before nor after that.

We got better room then we booked with amazing lake view and balcony. Room is super clean and comfortable,staff super nice and helpful. There is restaurant and huge peaceful gardens with bird singing.I travel a lot and this was for me really unique place.

Great place. Friendly staff and good value for money. The location right by lake Kivu is very pretty.

Wifi did not work in my room, neither did the television.
