Place was disgusting kept giving dirty towels with stains had to wash them my self as told my the staff that I had to wash them kept using the same towels for the whole week. was supposed to stay at the building listed in the add but sent me to another building called the forge which was Filthy smelt of drugs and didn’t feel safe , windows did not shut and the iron was burned out internet didn’t work told them they did not fix it tv didn’t have netflex as advertised. did not have good response from staff they didn’t help and ignored my messages for the remaining days would not recommend this property.

I travelled to Birmingham to check in and they repeatedly ignored my texts and calls without giving me the correct key code. I’m appalled, I use to book with them regularly but never again!

This property is exactly like the pictures! Very well maintained provided all the essentials!! Was very quiet and cosy!!! Elenor was amazing throughout the whole experience anything I want aware of she was there to help straight away!!! I would definitely stay here again

There Customer service is so poor, the internet is not working and it takes ages for them to reply your message on WhatsApp.

Hot water turns cold with long showers.

I couldn’t have asked for anymore for what I needed for my stay at the property. It was great 😊
