Honestly the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. The hall stinks of puke and piss, the room looks very different to pictures. The walls are not painted at points, there were weird spots of dirt on the ceiling, the towel drying rack is unsafe - I burnt myself on it getting ready in the morning. The apartment was not clean when I arrived, the dishwasher was full of dirty cutlery, there were takeaway bags in the kitchen, streaks on all surfaces and the towels were dirty as well - I found stains on them and hairs that weren't mine! When I complained, at first they did not answer the phone number attached to the booking, but eventually over Whataspp they did offer to send a housekeeper over to clean it, which I refused in the end as my partner was admitted to hospital. They also offered me a late check out. Check in and check out instructions were strange - given a code and told to collect them in a Costcutter, which is not actually called Costcutter anymore. WiFi password didn't work. No coffee, shower gel, hand soap, cleaning liquid, etc. I'm absolutely horrified this place is even allowed to be rented out on booking.com

Noisy no tea or coffee or even bottle water in room. Also, I did not clearly told where the place was till later on the name of the apartment

Once inside, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped but kitchen could have been better cleaned.

The building, although new, is dirty and insecure. Rubbish everywhere even in the corridors. Also if you are arriving late be aware you cannot pick up keys after 10PM.

downstairs one of the corridors had a bad smell but that's not related to host. No smell in flat.

Property was clean and tidy. Looked exactly as the pictures provided. Comfortable stay with heating available.

Property did not have essentials, I had to buy liquid and hand soap which should be provided. The building was very smelly with trash bags in the hallway which stank the building up.
