Cosy One Bedroom Digbeth Apartment

I liked the building, it looks new and modern. The apartment had several positive points, the bed was comfortable, it was spacious, the kitchen was complete with washing machine/dryer, iron, it was close to the city center on foot.

The negative points: I was a little scared of the location. The building had a strong smell of garbage (I later realized that the smell is because residents leave garbage in bags in the hallways of the apartments inside the building, it often has a putrid smell, I didn't see any garbage bins in the building). It was very cold and the hot water stopped working, making it impossible to take a shower. There were just 2 towels, a bath towel and a small one, both full of hair. They should worry about the details. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. And in the apartment there was no plug adapter, I had to buy one.

I didn't like anything in this apartment. In fact I felt like I was tricked by the nice pictures.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was shocked by how dirty and unkempt the place was. The building itself was in terrible condition, with graffiti covering the walls and a foul, lingering smell that made it unbearable to stay inside. The apartment felt completely unsafe with sketchy surroundings. I was supposed to stay for five nights, but I couldn't tolerate it and left after just two. To make matters worse, the customer service was atrocious. I reached out multiple times to report the issues and request help, but I was completely ignored. No responses, no solutions, and certainly no apology. Adding insult to injury, I was denied a refund for the nights I didn’t stay, despite the horrible condition of the place. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

I have booked 3 times with this company and they have been accommodating every time

Good value for money and the apartment is nice from inside.

Parking can be a bit difficult and inside the building is a bit dirty.

For the location is perfect. I like having a proper base. ITs basic, but has most things you need. I do want to say that they had decent chopping knives.

ITs a little worn - Couch is quite uncomfortable. Otherwise fine

Location was great for closeness to the City centre and the music venues/bars on Digbeth Road

The bath drain was somewhat blocked and didn't drain particularly quickly. Not a major issue, and easily resolved. Everything else was ok.
