The flat was COMPLETLY DIRTY, we had to find a hotel and we could not stay in the flat, I am awaiting for my money back

Not a lot to be honest. The communal areas were awful! Used condoms tied to the handrails on the stairs. Rubbish around lifts. Carpets heavily soiled and the smell of urine and cannabis in the hallways. Lift also out of use.

The apartment installed was not the cleanest though much better than the communal areas. The the rubber seal under the shower screen was this with black mould, so much so that it was falling off as you moved the screen. The skirting in the bathroom was peeling. The outside of the toilet work had tracks of stale urine down them as did around the base of the toilet. The inner well of the toilet was also badly stained and the toilet brush was another level of dilapidated. No cleaning equipment really available, the tiniest bit of washing up liquid was left so nothing to clean up with really, chopping board had old food on it and had been put back in cupboard for use. Sofa on living room heavily stained on the cushions who knows with what but not very inviting. The bedding was by far the worst aspect. The pillows were so flat they were literally none existent and the sheet on the bed was virtually see through to the mattress. It was so poor that we went to TK Max and purchased our own great bedding and pillows which we took home with us. No care for the occupants has been taken.

The kitchen was ok
